Ok.... I hate the formatting options, or more specifically the lack thereof provided by this website.  I can't shrink/adjust the line spacing between the list for map temperatures at all.... LAME!

 Map Temperature Changes (there are changes to Faction Play maps and a few of the maps accessed via the private lobby but I'm not posting those here;  additionally, map temps below are from hottest to lowest)-

NERF ALERT!


All Clan MG's are having their Critical Chance and Bonuses reduced (Innersphere are appearently unchanged).  Both Clan/Innersphere Hvy MGs dmg are being increased from 0.14 --> 0.15


Tweaks to Flamers --> Heat penalties added for firing more than 4 at once and changes to how they function in Solaris matches specifically (see above link for that info).


Further Weapon Tweaks


All Innersphere and Clan LRMs are having their base velocity raised from 160 --> 190


Bug Fixes and Improvements (most notable)


Sun Spider Hit Boxes adjusted (no specifics)


A few changes to MASC to make it more efficient, fill rate and dissipation rates decreased/raised by 10% respectively.


A few tweaks to Class I & II Jump Jets so that all classes of Jump Jets perform consistently across all weight classes.
