Bad news? 

I hat HG like the bears hate the not to be names clan.

This sounds favorable for us seeing more of Battletech and some of the original designs that HG has been trying to block.  I'm dancing for joy if this is the case... I want to see Harmony Gold lose this!

Well apparently, The person who sold the rights to harmony gold never had the right to sell them in scope that he did. The lawyers dug up a judges decision from Japan that shows that HG does not have the right to challenge Btech, that their rights are were granted to them by someone who did not have the authority to grant them to them. So we may finally see the great HG killed

So there is the reason why we will not likely get the kerensky Trilogie as a Hollywood movie.

     For those of you who follow the never ending legal challenges of Harmony Gold, the reason we have unseens and reseens and beseens and inbetweens, filed another suit a year or so ago when they learned Hairbrained was going to being back Battletech, and also PGIs revival of the archer, warhammer etc which they did minimal visual changes on. 

      I have followed this battle for years and I recently came across this video delving into the most recent incarnation. It had some excellent points that were new to me.
