I would start by looking at Saturdays and Sundays in general.

Is anyone never available on Saturday or Sunday?

Is one day overwhelmingly better then another?

I work every other Saturday barring time off and covering for the other guys days off, so Sunday's are much better for me.

How is Sunday evening the 11th of DEC

I need to double check my schedule but I should be open

I will be busy from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM on Saturday the 10th, and for about 2 hours sometime after noon on Sunday the 11th (will have exact time soon). Keep in mind that I live on the west coast, so I'm on Pacific Standard Time. I'll keep up to date on when you guys are planning on doing this and I'll do my best to make time for it!
