So a few immediate take-a-ways I see... nerfs to clan-
1. Reduction of Clan heat gen skill nodes in comparison to IS
Inner Sphere values remain unchanged.
• -0.75% per Node.
• -10.5% total.
Clan values have been adjusted to the following:
• -0.6% per Node (down from -0.75%).
• -8.4% total.
2. Reduction of Clan Medium Pulse Laser Max Range
• Max Range reduced to 480 (from 561).
3. Clan ER PPC cooldown increased
• Cooldown increased to 5 (from 4.5).
